3.2.4 Log
The tab provides information on the access card was applied, ( Log when who card
) used the card and on which the card was tapped. You can filter the recordsID device

for details on user database generating. The table includes theManager Settings
following columns:
Time – shows when the user access card was applied.
– the field is coloured in the case of IN event, otherwise it is empty. IfCheck In
the device from which the event was loaded is in a combined mode, the field
contains a minus sign.
– Check Out the field is coloured in the case of OUT event, otherwise it is
empty. If the device from which the event was loaded is in a combined mode, the

User – displays the user name assigned to the card ID.
Card number – displays the ID of the card applied. Some card readers register a
limited count of card Id characters and so the works2N

with the last six characters only in that case.
Device – displays the name of the device on which the access card was tapped.
The device name corresponds to the name in the 2N Helios IP Manager
®
