Phaser® 7300 Color Printer Printer Warranty Xerox warrants that the Phaser 7300 Color Printer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment or 1,000,000 prints, whichever comes first.
Printer Warranty These warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care.
Printer Warranty In certain geographies this product is warranted by Fuji Xerox. This statement of warranty does not apply in Japan – please refer to the warranty statement provided in the Japanese user manual for products purchased in Japan. Phaser® 7300 Color Printer User Safety Summary Your printer and the recommended consumable supplies have been designed and tested to meet strict safety requirements. Attention to the following notes will ensure the continued safe operation of your printer. Electrical Safety ■ Use the power cord supplied with your printer. ■ Do not use a ground adapter plug to connect the printer to a power source receptacle that lacks a ground connection terminal.
User Safety Summary ■ If any of the following conditions occur, switch off the printer power immediately, disconnect the power cord, and call an authorized service representative. ■ The power cord is damaged or frayed. ■ Liquid is spilled into the printer. ■ The printer is exposed to water. Maintenance Safety ■ Do not attempt any maintenance procedure that is not specifically described in the documentation supplied with your printer. ■ Do not use aerosol cleaners.
User Safety Summary ■ The printer is heavy, and must be lifted by three people. The illustration below shows the proper technique for lifting the printer.
