ALDER – Very delicate with a hint of
sweetness. Good with fish, pork and poultry.
APPLE – Very mild with a subtle fruity
flavor, slightly sweet. Good with poultry,
pork and for cold smoking cheese.
CHERRY – Mild and fruity. Good with poultry, pork, beef
and cold smoking cheese. Cherry and hickory mixed is a
great combination.
CHILI PEPPER SPICE – All natural chili pepper spice
mixed with oak wood. A great way to add a little heat to meat
or chicken.
GARLIC SPICE – Natural garlic spices are mixed with oak
wood. A perfect way to add smoked garlic to beef or chicken.
HICKORY – Most commonly used wood for smoking – the
King of smoking woods. Sweet to strong, heavy bacon flavor.

ITALIAN SPICE – All natural rosemary, thyme and basil
