ABB recommends these annual inspections to ensure the highest reliability and
optimum performance.
Recommended maintenance intervals after start-up
Heatsink
The module heatsink fins pick up dust from the cooling air. The drive runs into
overtemperature warnings and faults if the heatsink is not clean. When necessary,
clean the heatsink as follows.
WARNING! Obey the safety instructions, page 14. Ignoring the instructions
can cause physical injury or death, or damage to the equipment.
