134 Maintenance
Replacing the main cooling fan of frames R4 and R5
WARNING! Obey the safety instructions, page 14. Ignoring the instructions
can cause physical injury or death, or damage to the equipment.
1. Disconnect the drive from the power line. Lock the main disconnecting device and
ensure by measuring that there is no voltage.
2. Lift the fan mounting plate up from the front edge.
3. Unplug the power supply wires.
4. Lift the fan assembly off.
5. Install the new fan assembly in reverse order. Make sure that the fan blows
upwards.
6. Reset the counter in group 5 in the primary control program.
