 Connect the cable bundle to the cooling unit as follows:
- Red water hose to the cooling unit’s return connection ,1.
- Blue water hose to the cooling unit’s feed connection 287.
- Air hose to the compressed air supply.
- Gas hose to the gas cylinder.
 Connect the cooling unit’s mains cable as follows:
- For ESABMIG, RPB, LAF: The mains cable is connected to terminal
A202X3:5,6in the control cabinet.
- For LRB, LRC: The mains cable is connected to terminal
$X202:10,11in the control cabinet.
 Fill the cooling unit with water and any anti-freeze (for detailed information
refer to the OCE 2 manual). Check the flow in the welding gun by opening
the cooling unit’s return hose connection,1 until water comes in.
 If the water guard is ordered afterwards, the strap in the wire feed unit must
be removed before the guard can be used. This is done as follows:
- Unscrew the strap %\ on the terminal in the wire feed unit between con-
nections  and .
