Before Calling for Service

O ven does not operate.
Conrm oven is p lugged into dedicated circuit.

Check fuse or circuit break er.
O ven operates interm ittently. Check air lter an d discharge areas for obstructions.
Oven does not accept e ntries
when pad is pressed .
M ake sure oven is o n.
O pen and close oven d oor. P ress key again.

O ven co ntrol is equipped w ith a self-diagnostic s ystem . Se lf-diag nostic
syste m alerts you if there is a error or problem . W hen electronic contro l
signa ls a problem , follow steps liste d belo w.
1. R ecord num ber show n.
2. U nplug oven, wait for 1 m inute, and plug in oven.
D isconnectin g electrical supply m ay elim inate service cod e. If failure

insid e the U .S.A . or C anada.
O ven operates b ut does no t heat
food.
Place on e cup of water in o ven.
Run for one m inute at full power (100% ).
If tem perature d oes not rise, oven is not operating correctly. Contact a n
authorized ACP s ervicer or call A CPComServ toll free a t 1-866-426-26 21 inside
the U .S.A . or C anad a.
