Visit the Apple Store and download the free f DashDrive Air App,, and complete the installation procedure. procedure On the mobile device, open the wireless network settings and select the wireless network DashDrive Air_XXXXXX, to connect. iii. Insert nsert the flash drive or SD memory card into to the AV200, turn on the power and wait for about 35 seconds until the blue indicator lights up. iv.
v. The DashDrive Air App will automatically classify files stored in the SD memory card or flash drive depending on the file type, making videos, photos, music, and other files easy to browse. Choose the file type you want to browse by clicking on the corresponding data folder itself. vi. Download files from your SD memory card or flash drive A. Go to the folder where the files you want to download are, and click the Edit button.
B. Click lick on the file you want to transfer, then click the icon in the bottom left corner. 1 2 C. If you choose to download, the selected file from your SD memory card or flash drive will be added to the DashDrive Air Collectionss folder on your device. *Notes: irectly save files from SD memory card or USB flash drive to iPad/iPhone/iPod iPad/ touch Save to Library: Directly “Photos”. App Collections folder.
D. Export: Export files from within this App to another compatible App. If you have a subdirectory in the Collections folder,, you can further select the sub-folder sub to which you want to save, and then click ‘Done’’. *Note: In the Collections folder, folder you can easily create a sub-folder folder by clicking the button E. When these settingss are complete, complete files can be downloaded from your SD memory card or flash drive to DashDrive Air Collections folder.
vii. Transferring files to the SD memory card or flash drive A. To transfer files from Collections to an SD memory card or flash drive, click on Collections and then click the ‘Edit’ button 2 1 B. upload click the icon in the lower left corner, and then In the Collections folder,, select the file you want to upload, select the ‘Upload’ button..
C. If you want to transfer a photo album from the iPhone / iPad / iPod touch to an SD memory card or flash drive, in the Collections folder select "Upload from Camera Roll", Roll" and choose the file folder which contains the photos you want to transfer. transfer D. Enter nter the folder, and then click on the photos you want to upload.
E. Select the folder to which you want to save. F. Files can be immediately uploaded.
* Reminder: If when attempting to download or upload files, you receive the screen message shown in Figure 1, denying access, go to the ‘Location Services’ of your device and make sure the DashDrive Air service is set to ON.
