Changing the default settings
DGB
Preference page
On the preference page you have the possibility to make a number
of settings.
TV Type
Match the output of the DVD-Player to the colour transfer system of
your replay device. The following options are available:
 PAL: Choose this option for a TV-set from Europe, which
support the PAL-System.
 MULTI: Choose this option if your TV-set has a multi-channel
system which is capable to replay NTSC and PAL.
 NTSC: Choose this option for a TV-set from North America,
Japan, Canada, etc., which support the NTSC-system.
PBC
 PBC (Playback-Control) automatically starts any interactive
menus on the DVDs or VCDs provided by the producer as
default. If you switch this PBC-option "OFF" the tracks on DVD
or VCD will automatically be played in the given order.
Audio
Choose your favourite language in which you would like to listen to
your DVDs. The selected language will then automatically be used
when playing a DVD.

NOTE:
The DVD-Player must be Stop-Mode to be able to select the
preference page. If it is not possible to select the preference page
in Stop-Mode, press the Stop button a second time and try it
again.

NOTE:
If you choose the function "PAL" make sure that the colour system
setting of your replay device is also set to "PAL".

NOTE:
The "PBC"-function can be switched on and off by pressing the
PBC-button on the remote control.
If the DVD or the VCD's are not PBC-compatible, no selection
menu will be displayed, even if the "PBC"-function is enabled.

NOTE:
The language output depends on the language variants provided
by the DVD. There is also the possibility to set the favourite
language with the Audio-button on the remote control.
