Working in file mode
If you want to operate the DVD-Player with parental control, you
must first enter a password. This password safeguards the settings
for the parental control, so that it can only be changed by yourself.
Working in file mode
Besides the possibility of playing "normal" films or music from
CDs/DVDs, this DVD-Player also gives you the possibility to play
Video or Audio files from CDs, DVDs which are saved in file
systems.
Such media are frequently generated when creating CDs with digital
photos or MP3 music on your computer.
Such media may contain a large number of data/files. You must
therefore first determine the data to be played. Directories and files
are hierarchically structured, similar to the directory and file structure
on your PC.
Using CD/DVD 1. Place the CD or DVD on the tray Page 62, "Loading a
CD/DVD"). File mode is automatically started.
2. Select the desired file(s) and start the replay Page 82,
"Selecting photo files and starting replay".

NOTE:
Please ensure a suitable size of the photos. Large size photos
may take some time to be displayed or may not be displayed at all.
It is of advantage if the size of the photo corresponds with the
screen size of the replay device. For TVs this is normally
1024x576 pixel (TV-aspect 16:9) or 768x576 (TV-aspect 4:3).
