Disposal
At the end of the service life of the appliance, in particular if it is
malfunctioning, make the appliance unusable by pulling the mains
plug out of the socket and separating the power cable. Dispose of
the appliance according to the environmental regulations applicable
in your country. Electrical waste may not be disposed of together
with household waste. For any advice regarding recycling, contact
your local municipal authorities or your dealer.
Warranty
For the appliance sold by us we grant a 24 months warranty from the
date of purchase (receipt).
Within the warranty period we will rectify any deficiencies on the
appliance or its accessories*) caused by material or manufacturing
faults free of charge, by repair or, at our discretion, by replacement.
Warranty adjustments do not constitute an extension of the warranty
period, and they are not the beginning of a new warranty!
The purchase receipt counts as proof of warranty. A free-of-charge
replacement or repair is not possible without this proof.
*) Damage to accessories automatically result in the free-of-charge
replacement of the complete appliance. In this case you should
contact our hotline! damage to glass or plastic parts will generally be
charged!
Both defects and consumables or wear item (e.g. replacement
remote control, etc.), as well as cleaning, service or replacement of
wear items are not covered under warranty and will be charged!
In case of unauthorized opening this warranty will become null and
void.
After the warranty After the expiration of the warranty period repairs made by the
corresponding expert dealers or repair services will be charged
accordingly.
Conformity declaration
Elektro-Technische-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH hereby declares that
the DVD 4514 machine conforms to the fundamental requirements
of the European directive for electro-magnetic compatibility (89/336/
EEC) and the low voltage guideline (93/68/EEC).
