If a pre-set OGM is playing, you are not allowed to delete it, so pressing “DELETE“ will have no effect.

12.8 Switch between OGMs
By default, the answer machine is set in “ANS & REC“ mode which allows callers to leave a message. This
mode can be changed to “ANSWER ONLY“ which does not allow callers to leave a message. In that case,
your callers will be prompted to call back later.
When the answering machine is switched ON, you can select “ANS & REC“ or “ANSWER ONLY“.

12.9 TAM messages
12.9.1 Play the TAM messages
If you have new messages, the base display will show e.g. “01/02 MSGS“, which means you have 1 new
message out of a total of 2 messages.
New messages are played first, and then are saved as old messages, until they are deleted. Old messages
are played again after all new messages are played completely.

to listen to messages and memos.
tDuring playback, press
to stop the playback.
tDuring playback, press
once to replay the current message from the beginning, or twice to replay
the previous message.

MEMO
to skip on to the next message.

to delete the current message being played.
12.9.2 Delete a message on the TAM

while a message is playing.
tYou will hear a tone and the current message or memo playing will be deleted. If there are more
messages, the next message will start to play.
12.9.3 Delete all messages on the TAM
12.9.3.1 Using the direct key
tIn idle mode, press and hold
for 2 seconds to delete all old messages.
tYou will hear a tone and all old messages will be deleted.
Note:
New messages will not be deleted.
