Query
Description
Returns the function generator manufacturer,
model number, serial number and firmware
version number in the following format:
GW INSTEK,AFG-2025,SN:XXXXXXXX,Vm.mm
Query Syntax
IDN?
Return parameter

>GW INSTEK,AFG-2025,SN:XXXXXXXX,Vm.mm
Returns the identification of the function
generator.
*RST
Set
Description
Reset the function generator to its factory default
state.
Note
Note the *RST command will not delete
instrument save states/ARB waveforms in
memory.
