3.2.3 Time Lapse
With the Time Lapse feature, the camcorder records 1 frame every 1
minute, 5 minutes, or every 30 minutes depending on the setting.
For instance, when choosing time lapse as 1 minute at Full HD 30
fps, 720 frames are recorded during 12 hours of recording period.
The length of the video clip will be 24 seconds (720 frames / 30 fps =
24 seconds). When playing back the video, you are given the
impression that the video is playback in fast forward speed.
You can use this feature to record videos such as evolution of a
construction project, weather changes, tree growth, or flower
blossom.
Note:
It’s normal that during time lapse recording the timer on the screen displays by minutes
instead of seconds.

1. In Video mode, touch to
enter the Video menu.
2. Touch Time Lapse to enter
the menu.
3. Touch an option to select the
desired setting.
• Off: Disable this feature.
• 1 min: 1-minute time lapse
recording.
