CD PLAYING
PROGRAMMED PLAY
The CD player has a built-in memory function that ailows play of up
to 30 tracks over three discs in any order.
1 Press the PRGM button in stop mode.
The PRGM indicator flashes in the dispiay.
2 Press one of the DISC DIRECT PLAY buttons to
select a disc.
The selected disc is indicated in red in the dispiay.
Go to the next step when the tray stops rotating.
3 Press the numeric buttons and the -t-10 button to
program a track.
Example:
© To select the 6th track, press the 6 button.
® To select the 16th track, press the -i-IO button and then
press the 6 button within 4 seconds.
© To select the 20th track, press the -i-IO button twice and
then press the 0 button within 4 seconds.
DISPLAY
When each track seiected, the dispiay © is shown. In a few
seconds, the display changes to ®.
® Program number
(D Disc number
@ Seiected track number
The dispiay changes after a few seconds.
® Totai playing time of the selected tracks
@ Total number of selected tracks
4 Repeat steps 2 to 3 to program other tracks.
5 Press the button to start play.
To check the program
Each time the DOWN or ►► UP button is pressed before
piaying, a disc number, a track number, and a program number wili
be dispiayed.
To clear the program
Press the CLEAR button before playing or press the ^ OPEN/
CLOSE button.
To add tracks to the program
Before piaying, carry out steps 2 and 3. The track wili be pro
grammed after the iast track.
To change the programmed tracks
Ciear the program and carry out all the steps again.
NOTE
> The DISC CHANGE button does not operate during programmed
play.
During programmed piay, the remaining time is not displayed
when the CD EDIT/REMAIN button is pressed.
Random piay cannot be combined with programmed play.
