Measure the resistances of room temperature
and indoor pipe temperature thermisters.
Some of the three indicator LEDs are lit.
Measure the secondary voltage of transformer.
Is the measured
value approximately
17.0 V AC?
Replace the control P.C.B. with a new one.
Replace the transformer
with a new one.
Replace the fuse and varister
with a new one.
Is the fuse
breakdown?
