6.6 POWER SUPPLY:

Power adapters:

Use only the mains adapters supplied with this baby

monitor. Incorrect adapter type(s) can cause dama-

ge to the unit(s).

Power consumption of the power adapters:

Baby unit: in off mode: 0,0W

in on mode, baby asleep: <0,1W

when baby cries: 0,9W

Parent-unit: when charging: 1,5W

when batteries full: <0,1W

Batteries:

Only install RECHARGEABLE batteries in the

parent unit with the following specifications:

* format: AAA / HR03 / 1.2V

* material: NiMH (Nickel-Metal-Hydride), rechar-

geable

* capacity: 750mAh or higher

In the baby unit NORMAL batteries should be instal

led. We prefer to use alkaline batteries only.

Battery indication parent unit:

The battery-LED ‘

’ lights as soon and as long the

power adapter is connected to the parent unit.

This indication remains on, even when the batteries

are charged. It is OK to keep the power adapter

connected. There is no danger for overcharging.
