6. System Operation
6.1 CXCU Controller Operation
The CXCU software controls the DC + AC power system. The following sections provides a brief
overview of the controller with respect to operation of the AMPS24 HP; in-depth information can be
found in the current operations manual for the Cordex Controller Software.
6.1.1 Human Interface
The graphical user interface (GUI) is available through a remote web interface or directly at the unit if
a graphic display is installed. Refer to section 2.6 for network options. Refer to the software manual to
set up network connections.
6.1.2 Startup
When the CXCU is powered-up or reset, it first performs a 15 second self-test as it boots up. The
scrolling pattern of the three front-panel LEDs indicate start-up is in progress.
When the self-test is finished, the LEDs extinguish and Controller home screen (Figure 34) appears.
