T16175 - Open Frame Transformer
Overview:
T16175 transformer converts 115VAC 50/60Hz to 16VAC for powering low voltage devices.
Maximum power output is rated @ 10.9 amp.

Installation Instructions:
1. Mount transformer in desired location/enclosure (refer to Transformer Dimensions below).
2. Plug power cord into 115VAC 50/60 Hz receptacle.
3. Measure output voltage across the secondary leads which are connected to terminals 7 and 12 before
connecting devices. This helps avoid potential damage (open circuit voltage is approx. 16.8VAC @ 115VAC input)
(refer to Wiring Configuration below).
4. Connect 16VAC device(s) to the secondary leads which are connected to terminals 7 and 12
(refer to Wiring Configuration below).
WARNING: This installation should be made by qualified service personnel and should
conform to all local codes and in accordance with the National Electrical Codes.
