1. Choose a location for the ADC

near the
examination table and an electrical outlet. See Figure 1.
2. We recommend a height of 67 in. (170 cm) from the floor, to the top
edge of your Wallboard. See Figures 2-3.
3. Using Mollies (Small Wallboard): On the selected wall, mark a
horizontal line using a level, to indicate the top of your wallboard.
While holding the wallboard in the desired position, mark through the
mounting holes the position of the screws. Remove wallboard. Press
tip of mollie into the drywall using a #2 Phillips screwdriver or screw gun
into the marked spots. Drive mollies clockwise into the drywall until it
stops flush with the outer wall surface.
Reposition the wallboard over the anchors and secure the
wallboard by inserting screws and tightening. Be sure to double
check level before installing all the mounting screws. Use the
enclosed screw caps on top of each screw once they are securely
tightened to finish.
4. Using Studs (Large Wallboard): Locate and mark studs on selected
wall. Mark a horizontal line (approx. 67 in. - 170 cm) from floor using a
level, to indicate the top of your wallboard. Center the drill holes on the
first stud and mark. While holding the wallboard in the desired position,
use the supplied wood screws and secure the top corners into the
wall/stud, while double checking that the wallboard is level. Repeat
for all mounting screws. Use the enclosed screw caps on top of each
screw once they are securely tightened, to finish.
5. Module Connectivity: In order to add additional extension modules,
they must be electrically joined with the transformer station before
mounting it on the wallboard.
Using the enclosed module connection cable, plug one side of
the connector into the socket on the transformer module located
on the right side transformer panel behind sliding door.
Plug the opposite end into the extension module contact, located
on the left side panel sliding door.
As you add additional modules, each needs to be connected in
similar fashion using the additional connection cables for each
module.
Tuck excess wiring into each extension to ensure a close side-by-
side fit to each extension module.
CAUTION: Make sure when plugging the connecting cable, that
the 4 contacts of the socket strip be positively connected to the 4
contacts of the pin strip (Figure 4).
6. Mounting Adstation
TM
Modules: After all modules are electrically
connected, you can now carefully hang the transformer and
additional modules on to the wallboard mounting pins. Make sure
each module locks securely in a downward position.
