8. Once the Update Panel indicates that the rmware update has completed successfully,
follow the instructions on the screen and please disconnect the power cable and reconnect
it again. Your Eclipse 384 will now function effectively with the latest rmware.
9. Congratulations, you have successfully updated Eclipse 384.
NOTE: It is possible to check the current version of software control panel by clicking on the “?”
symbol at the top right-hand corner.
Troubleshooting:
If the device is malfunctioning after the update:
If the update wasn’t successful, if you can’t access the Firmware Update Panel or if you are receiving
the message ‘No connected devices’ please follow these steps:
1. With the device in standby mode (turned off), unplug the power cable from the rear panel
of the Eclipse 384 device.
2. Press and hold the power button on the front panel while reconnecting the power cable.
3. The device should now be in loader mode and ‘LOADER’ should be displayed on the bar
graphs on the front panel of the device
4. Follow steps 5 to 9 of the update guide.
10. Bar Graph Selection
Here you can select the source that you wish to be represented on the Bar graphs.
11. Presets:
Five different presets are available to save your favorite setups for easy access. To save a new
preset:
Hold down Ctrl (PC) or Command (MAC) & mouse-click on the preset button (in the software
control panel) or;
Press Ctrl (PC) or Command (MAC) & press the according number on your keyboard.
