Telescoping PVC slide repair couplings by Apollo are adjustable to assist in making easy
repairs to damaged pipes. The telescoping action allows the tting to expand or retract to cover/
replace the damaged section of existing pipe. Simply remove the damaged section of pipe, clean
pipe and tting ends thoroughly, apply solvent cement and secure into place. Once secured, these ttings will provide
years of reliable service.
Compression ttings by Apollo are engineered to perform to strict standards and expectations. With a duplex seal that
ensures a leakproof seal in every application and a large gripping area, these ttings resist even the strongest forces of
longitudinal pull out forces. Available in coupling, adapter, union and female compression tees, PVC compression
ttings by Apollo are designed for years of reliable use.
Apollo PVC Schedule 40 Ball Valves are compact and lightweight. This Slip x Slip valve is designed for a variety of
applications including pressure distribution of cold water in irrigation, pool, spa, agricultural, commercial and light

40 ball valves are NSF approved and have EPDM seats and O-rings integrated into the durable PVC body. The full port
valve design allows for maximum ow rates with minimal turbulence or pressure reduction.

Installation Instructions:
Squarely cut and clean the end of the PVC pipe. Quickly coat the inner surface of the fitting with solvent cement and insert the pipe,
turning the pipe 1/4 turn to completely cover the pipe and fitting connection with cement. Make sure the pipe is seated properly inside
the fitting before drying.

The pipe pressure ratings shown are the maximum allowable working
pressure for water, non-shock, at 73°F. Allowable pressure ratings
decrease with an increase in temperature. The following temperature
de-rating factors must be applied to the working pressure ratings
shown to determine the maximum allowable pressure rating at
elevated temperatures.
Multiply the working pressure rating shown at 73°F by the appropri-
ate de-rating factor for the elevated temperature selected to deter-
mine the maximum allowable pressure rating at that temperature.
Example: 4" Sch 40 PVC pipe = 220 psi@73ºF
4" Sch 40 PVC pipe (220 psi x 0.51) = 112 psi
*The maximum allowable operating temperature for PVC is 140°F
