1.8.3 USBTMC Compliance

The AR2010 USB Stick Synthesizer complies with the rules and regulations of the of the USBTMC (USB

Test and Measurement Class). When connected to a USB bus, the AR2010 will conﬁgure as a USB Test

and Measurement device.

1.8.4 VISA Compliance

The AR2010 USB Stick Synthesizer complies with the rules and regulations of the of the VISA (Virtual

Instrument Systems Architecture) standard. Communication with the AR2010 is accomplished through

VISA libraries, providing portability between different operating systems. No additional drivers are re-

quired.
