1. The water heater model, serial number, and electrical specications (voltage and wattage) as marked on the rating plate.
2. The part description (as noted above) and number of parts desired.
DO NOT attempt to repair electrical wiring, thermostats, heating elements, or other operating controls. Refer such repairs to qualied ser-
vice personnel. Failure to do so could result in substantial property damage, severe personal injury, or death.
