include non-metallic box, round 4” diameter metal cover with ip lid(s),
non-metallic gasket support plate, gasket, gasket, UL Listed 15 amp
TR duplex receptacle, NM94 and NM95 cable connectors, (3) #8 x 1/2”
at head screws and (1) #6 x 1/2” screw.
1 Using a 4” diameter hole saw,
cut opening in oor approx-
imately 1/2” deep. Avoid
structural framing members.
2 Next, use a 3-1/2” hole saw
to cut through the remaining
ooring/suboor, creating a
shelf at the desired box
depth..

4 Pull cable. Install in box with
supplied cable connector.
Attach box to oor with (3)
#6 x 1-1/4” wood screws
(not supplied) through
U-shaped cut outs in
box ange.
3 Remove material that
remains between saw cuts.
