• Select a channel by using (CD) then press OK to access to the favorite channel.

• Use CH+/CH- to move by page up or down within the list (10 channels by 10 channels).

• Press I+ to obtain the channel’s parameters. Press I+ again to make this box disappear.

• Press (F E) to change favorite list.

• Press ESC or FAV at any time to make the list of favorites disappear.

• Use the (F E) keys to access to a different favorite.

• Press I+ to obtain the channel’s parameters. Press I+ again to hide away the information window.

• Press ESC or FAV key at any time to hide away the favorite list.

NB : The last used favorite list, will be used by the Xena receiver as the list by default. To change favorite list,

press FAV and (F E) to select another list.

7.3 Use of program guide

Your receiver is able to exploit the EPG from the main operators, when broadcasted.

While watching TV press P.GUIDE :

• A menu will appear giving you the following information on the viewed channel :

Local time

Name of the program

Starting time

Finishing time

Program type

• Press (F E) to get information on the next program of the same channel.

• Press CH+/CH- to get information on the other channels (same bouquet)

• At any time, press OK to tune your receiver on the selected channel.

• When is blinking, it means that extra information is available (ex : film summary .... ), press I+ to read

those information. Use (CD) to scroll the page.

• Press I+ again to close the window.

• Press P.GUIDE to escape the program guide.

7.4 Use of teletexte

Your receiver supports all teletext modes, even if your TV set does not support them.

7.4.1 Your TV supports teletext

In this case use your TV remote control.

7.4.2 Your TV does not support teletext

• Press TXT on your receiver’s remote control.

• Press CH+/CH- to increment or decrement teletext pages.

• Enter a Teletext page with alphanumerical keys to access it directly.

• Use the keys marked with colors to directly access subjects or paragraph.

• Press TXT again for transparency

• Press TXT again to make teletext more transparent.

• Press once again on TXT to quit the teletext mode.
