7.3 Note on the phone book
S Always enter the area access code with the phone numbers
so that the telephone can also assign incoming local calls to a
phone book entry.
S If the name entered is already stored in the phone book, the
message
  
appears. Press the
 Display button to overwrite the phone book entry or
 to change the name entered.
S When the memory capacity of the phone book is used up, the
message

appears in the display on attempting to save
a new entry. An entry in the phone book must be deleted in
order to create space.
S After opening the phone book, entries can be accessed
directly, alphabetically. To do this, press the button with the
corresponding first letter of the phone book entry.
