In the case of private branch exchanges, it is necessary to dial a specific
number (e.g. 9" or 0") in order to obtain the dialling tone for an outside
line. The number for the outside line can be predialled automatically.

13.7 Call barring
The call barring" function can be used to inhibit all outgoing calls or
those with specific access codes. The access codes to be barred can
vary from handset to handset. The call barring numbers must be entered
for each handset individually. Emergency numbers cannot be barred.
