5.3 Navigating in the menu
All the functions can be accessed by means of a user friendly, graphical
menu. The Display buttons  and  are assigned different
functions in the various menus and phone books. Pay attention to the
texts above the Display buttons which accompany the menu because
they state the function currently assigned to the button and help you to
navigate correctly and intuitively. The function buttons are always
referred to in this manual according to the texts accompanying the menu
in the display.
Chapter 5.4 provides a complete overview of the menu structure.
All descriptions in this operating manual assume that the handset is in
Standby mode. In Standby mode, the wallpaper which has been selected
appears in the display (refer to Chapter 10.4).
Standby mode is activated by pressing the  button.
 
