6.3 Making a call
Enter the phone number (max. 20
digits)
Dial the phone number
Note: If you have entered an incorrect digit, use the Navigation
button to move the cursor and press the Display button
 to delete individual digits from the phone number.
It is also possible to press the Call button first to obtain an outside
line. In the case of private branch exchanges, it is necessary to dial a
specific number (e.g. 9" or 0") in order to obtain the dialling tone for an
outside line (refer to Chapter 9). The phone number then entered is
dialled immediately. It is not possible to correct wrong digits individually,
as described above, using this dialling procedure.
6.4 Making two calls
It is possible to dial a second number while making a call. The first caller
is put on hold while you converse with the second person called. You
can select a phone book entry or enter a number manually using the
digit keys.

Note: In order to use the supplementary services provided by
Deutschen Telekom, the Recall time must be set to 300 ms
(refer to Chapter 13.3).

telephone network provider. Contact your network provider for
further information.
