If an external call is received during an internal call, short acoustic signals are issued
(call waiting) and the caller’s number appears in the display, if available.
Proceed as follows to take the external call:
HS1: End the internal call
HS1: Take the external call
Transferring external calls internally
HS1: , e.g. Dial the internal phone number during the external call
HS2: Take the internal call on the other handset
HS1: Transfer the call
If the handset called does not answer, take the external call back by pressing the
button.
Holding a call / Brokering
While a call is in progress, it is possible to dial another internal handset in order to consult with
someone. The external caller is put on hold while you converse with the second, internal per-
son called. You can switch between the two callers as often as necessary.

Making conference calls
An external call can be transferred to another internal handset for a conference call (three−way
conference).
HS1: or , Establish a connection to the required external caller by
calling them or by taking an external call.

HS1: Start the conference
During a conference call, press the button to put the external caller on hold.
Press the  buttons in succession to activate the conference facility again.
HS1 / HS2: The conference is concluded when one of the internal
callers (HS1 or HS2) ends the call
Setting the receiver volume
The receiver volume can be adjusted to one of 8 levels during a call.
