Basic functionality
Switching the handset on/off
•
To switch on the handset, press .
• To switch off the handset, press and hold until the Turn
off? dialog appears on the display, and then press the Yes
soft key.
Notes: The handset switches itself on automatically when it is
connected to the wall-mounted power supply.
The handset cannot be switched off if it is still connected to the
wall-mounted power supply.
Setting the receiver volume
•
During a meeting call you can press -, on the left, or +, on the
right, on the navigation key, to set the receiver volume.
Locking/unlocking keypad
•
Press the Menu soft key and then press * to lock/unlock the
keypad.
If the keypad is locked, the icon appears in the dis-
play.
Battery charging
Keypad lock enabled
Microphone switched off
Silent mode enabled
