Telephone Book and Short-Code Dialling
Numbers
Configuring a contact in the internal telephone book
1.
Press the Menu soft key to open the main menu.
2. Scroll to the Phone Book and press the Select soft key.
3. Scroll to Add name/number and press the Select soft key.
4. Use keys 2 to 9 to input the name.
5. Scroll to Number and then enter the telephone number of the
contact (max. 24 digits).
6. Press the Save soft key to save the name and the telephone
number.
Configuring short-code dialling numbers
1.
Press the Menu soft key to open the main menu.
2. Scroll to the Phone Book and press the Select soft key.
3. Scroll to Find Name and press the Select soft key.
4. Select the required name and press the Details soft key.
5. Scroll to the required telephone number and press the Se-
lect soft key.
6. Scroll to Add to speed dial and press the Select soft key.
7. Scroll to the item you require 0 to 9 and press the Add name
soft key.
Call Forward Unconditional (CFU)
Requirements:
– Controlling of the PBX via telephone authorisation
assigned in the PBX
Switching on CFU
1.
To switch on the follow me function, press *21*, enter the
destination number, and then press #.
