BASIC FUNCTION
Adjusting Ring Volume
You can adjust the volume from level 1 to 3- the
higher the number, the louder the volume. You can
also select OFF to turn the ringer off.
1. Press the MENU soft key to display the
Main menu items.
2. Press the  or  keys to choose
Bell&Beep, and press the SELECT soft
key.
3. Press the  or  key to choose 3: Ring
Volume, and then press the SELECT soft
key.
Result:
The current ring level is indicated with the check
symbol.
4. Press the  or  key to choose the
volume level you want.
Result: Each time you press the navigation keys, the
handset sounds its selected loudness.
5. Press the SELECT soft key to save the
selection.
6. Press the key to return to Standby
mode.

Setting
OOFFFF
turns the ringer off. When a call comes
in, only the incoming call graphic appears on the
display with the blinking icon.
Selecting Ring Type
You can select your own ringing sound. 15 ring types
are available.
1. Press the MENU soft key to display the
Main menu items.
2. Press the  or  key to choose
Bell&Beep, and press the SELECT soft
key.
3. Press the  key to choose 2:RingType,
and then press the SELECT soft key.
4. Press the  or  key to choose the ring
type you want.
Result: Each time you press the  or  key, the
handset sounds the ring you have chosen.
5. Press the SELECT soft key to save the
selection.
6. Press the key to return to Standby
mode.
