The Web-designed output is recalled by the menu
OutputCalibration->Preemphasis->WebRadio
On the front panel. Alternatively, by using the Pc Control Software, You will find the Web Radio control on the Output
Panel mask.
The Pre-amphasis will be disangaged and therefore the standard Presets will become a bit more ‘open’ on high
frequencies.
In order to find a new balance on each curve, You may act on High compressor threshold and on Brilliance control, both
included in the Edit menu.
The Wide Density parameter may be also reduced, as the Web casting doesn’t require any very high density on the
audio.
For example, the Preset # 18 (Rio) could be altered in the following mode for the Web use:
Reduce the High Signal Level from –1.0 to –4.0
Reduce the Brilliance from 0.0dB to –3.5dB
Reduce the Wide Density parameter from +8.0dB to +5.5dB
The remaining parameters will be kept unaltered.
