Intended Use Bannon’s 1600-Lb. Capacity Utility Trailer is perfect for hauling oversized loads such as wood, rock, and other solid material. This utility trailer has a maximum speed of 10 MPH and is not for use on public roads. ⚠WARNING WORK AREA SAFETY Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well-lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury. Using the trailer in confined work areas may put you dangerously close to cutting tools and rotating parts. Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the trailer. Do not allow children to handle the trailer.

Assembly Instructions ⚠WARNING It’s recommended that two people assemble the product. Finger-tighten all nuts and bolts. After all parts are assembled, tighten all nuts and bolts securely. Tools Required Step 1 Attach the axle to the trailer bed. Finger-tighten all bolts.
Step 2 Attach the tongue to the axle and to the trailer bed. Finger-tighten all bolts. Step 3 Attach the tray to the trailer bed. Finger-tighten all bolts.
Step 4 Attach the crawler modules to the trailer bed. Finger-tighten all bolts. Step 5 1. Attach the wheels (2) onto each axle using washers and castle nuts. Secure using the locking pins. Make sure to assemble the tires so the valve stems will be accessible for maintenance. 2. Completely fill the hubs with grease before the first use. It is recommended to use 2 tubes (25 oz.) of heavy-duty, general purpose grease. 3. Check each wheel annually to ensure the hubs remain full of grease.
Step 6 Tighten all nuts and bolts securely then flip the trailer onto the wheels. A team lift is recommended. Step 7 Attach the side panels (2) to the trailer.
Step 8 Attach the front panel (1) to the trailer. Secure using tethered pins. Step 9 Attach the tailgate (1) to the trailer. Secure using tethered pins.
Step 10 Attach the tray mat.
Step 12 Attach the chainsaw press assembly to the trailer. Step 13 Attach the tool holder assembly to the side panel.
Step 14 (optional) Installation of the Coupler Adapter This step should only be followed if you purchase a trailer coupler from Northern Tool & Equipment (sold separately). Operating Instructions ⚠WARNING Always use caution when loading and unloading the trailer. Do not exceed the overall maximum load capacity of 1600 lbs. The weight rating is based on an evenly distributed load on smooth ground. Distribute the load evenly. NEVER load cargo on the outside of the trailer. Secure all cargo inside trailer. Unsecured cargo may shift and become a hazard. Do not tow behind a vehicle on a road or in any high speed application.
