CC version
CC is an abbreviation for constant current.
This model is used for either 350 mA or 700mA constant current. The power supply must match the number of
LEDs used in series: most high-power LEDs for 350mA constant current require around 3 - 3.7 Volts, depending
on color, type and manufacturer. Usually, green and blue LEDs require the highest voltages; the forward voltage
of red is usually lower. The „CC“ module itself additionally requires about 3-4 Volts to maintain line regulation.
Max. operating current can be up to 48 Volts (+5%). The “CC” module uses switching regulators with high
efficiency to produce the constant current
Example, LED voltage with 3,5V (depending on LED used)

has to be opened and the corresponding dip-switch has to be set (one switch per
channel). Currents too high may destroy the LEDs or will reduce life time of LEDs dramatically.

Constant current LEDs must be connected in series. Depending on the number of LEDs used the recommended
voltage for the power supply varies, please see diagram above:

The example above uses 3 LEDs. A 2-wire cable is used, in which one wire is a simple pass-through for the
common +.
