3. MAINTENANCE

3.1 ExtraordinaryMaintenance–byqualiedServicePersonnel

Atleastonceperyear,themachineshouldbesupervisedbyqualiedServicePersonnel:

1 cleantheintakelterofthesolenoid-valve;

2 remove scaling from the heating elements;

3 check the status and the tightness of all gaskets;

4 check the wear and tear of all components;

5 checktheefciencyofthedosingpumps;

6 checktheefciencyofthedoorsafetyswitch.

TightenrmlyallelectricalconnectionsatleastonceperyearbyqualiedServicePersonnel.
