Adjusting the Height
1. Rotate the knob on the vertical support counter clockwise to loosen.
2. Press the round button inside the locking hole.
3. Slide the handle bar up or down to proper height for rider, locking the button in one of the designated slots.
4. Rotate the knob on the vertical support clockwise to tighten.
