Product description
The i-Touch pressure cooker is suitable
for all types of cookers for preparing
soups, stews, meat and vegetables.
The glass lid allows you to use the
pressure cooker as a normal pot.

Handling the
pressure cooker
Opening the pressure
lid (Fig. A1, A2, A4)

Press down the unlocking button
(3). The pressure lid locks (4) open.
2.
Lift the handle (2) up and remove the
pressure lid.
NOTE
The pressure lid locks will not open
until the pressure in the pressure
cooker has fully dispersed.
Closing the pressure lid
(Fig. A1, A3)
1.
Place the pressure lid (9) with its
built-in sealing ring on the pressure
cooker pot. Ensure that the pressure
release (8) on the valve is not in the
direction of the handle in order to
prevent scalding as the steam
dissipates.

Before using for the rst time
Check the delivery contents
1. Check for visible signs of damage or
missing items.
2. Report incomplete or damaged con-
tents to your supplier immediately.
Before using for the rst time
1. Clean all parts in warm dishwater to
remove possible production residues.
2. Clean the sealing ring and dry it prop-
erly.
3. Insert the sealing ring into the
pressure lid as described in the
section Inserting the sealing ring.
