StrawBerry-pineapple Juice

1/3 of a pineapple

Handful of strawberries

1. Combine all the ingredients into the tall blending cup.

2. Twist cup onto base, push down and pulse until smooth a consistency is reached.

3-4 slices of mango

3-4 strawberries

1 banana

Dash of orange juice

1/2 cup yoghurt

1/2 cup of previously nely crushed ice

1. Combine all the ingredients into the tall blending cup.

2. Twist cup onto base, push down and pulse until a smooth consistency is reached.

3. Serve chilled!!
