Re-threading or changing threads
If spools are empty or you want to change the thread, it is not nec-
essary to rethread the machine. Simply cut off the threads above
the cones or spools, replace them and knot new thread on to the
existing thread. Cut the threads off at the needles. Raise the presser
foot, pull the threads through and rethread the needles. Pull the
looper threads through using the existing thread chain. Some thick
decorative threads cannot be pulled through the looper eyes. Lower
the presser foot. Select the stitch of your choice and test sew.
Reenhebrado/cambio de las bobinas o del color del hilo
Si las bobinas están vaclas o si se necesita otro color, cortar los
hilos por encima de las bobinas. Colocar las nuevas bobinas y anu

dar los hilos. Subir el prensatelas (las tensiones de los hilos están
aflojadas). Cortar los hilos de las agujas al lado del ojete y sacarlos.
Enhebrar las agujas. Pasar los hilos de las lanzeradas tirando de la
caneda de hilo ya existente. Hilos decorativos gruesos no pueden
pasarse por el ojete de la lanzerada. Bajar el prensatelas. Seleccio
-
nar la posición de costura deseada. Hacer una costura de prueba.
Umfädeln / Faden-Farbe oder -Spulen wechseln
Sind die Fadenspulen leer oder wird eine andere Farbe benötigt,
die Fäden oberhalb der Spulen abschneiden. Neue Spulen
aufsetzen und Fäden anknüpfen. Den Nähfuss hochstellen (die
Fadenspannungen sind gelöst). Die Nadelfäden beim Nadelöhr
abschneiden und durchziehen. Nadeln einfädeln. Greiferfäden
mittels bestehender Stichkette durchziehen. Starke dekorative
Garne lassen sich nicht durch das Greiferöhr ziehen. Nähfuss
senken. Gewünschte Nähposition einstellen. Nähprobe.
Réenfilage/changement de bobines ou de la couleur
des fils
Si les bobines sont vides ou si vous désirez utiliser un fil d'une autre
couleur, couper les fils au-dessus des bobines. Mettre en place
les nouvelles bobines et nouer les nouveaux fils. Relever le pied-
de-biche. (Les tension sont libérées). Couper les fils. Renfiler les
aiguilles. Faire passer les fils de boucleur à l'aide de la chaînette de
points existante. (Les fils décoratifs épais ne passent pas à travers
le chas du boucleur): Abaisser le pied-de-biche. Sélectionner la
position de couture désirée. Faire un essai.
Threading Preparation
• Switch the machine off (power switch "0")
• Support rod with thread guide must be fully raised.
• Open the looper cover.
• Raise the needles. Turn the handwheel in the normal direction
(as indicated by the arow) until the red stop mark of the handwheel
indicator is centered in the window.
• Raise the upper knife.
• Raise the presser foot. The tension is automatically released.
• Swing out the presser foot.
Thread the machine carefully and in the correct sequence.

Preparación para el enhebrado
• Desconectar la máquina, interruptor principal a „O“.
• Estirar completamente el soporte telescópico con el guía-hilo
montado.
• Abrir la tapa de la lanzadera.
• Subir las agujas. Girar el volante en su dirección normal (como
indica la flecha) hasta que la marca roja del volante aparezca en el
centro de la ventana de indicación de la posición del volante.
• Subir la cuchilla superior.
• Subir el prensatelas, la tensión del hilo se afloja automáticamente.
• Girar el prensatelas.
Enhebrar la máquina observando la secuencia de enhebrado.

First thread guide threading
The thread guides on the top of the
machine are color coded and simple to
thread.
Hold the thread with both hands and slip
into the appropriate guide from back to
front in the direction of the arrow and
pull gently.
Enhebrar la primera guía-hilo
Las guías de hilo en la parte superior de
la máquina están marcadas en color y
fácil de manejar. Coger el hilo con am
-
bas manos y enhebrarlo, como indica la
flecha, de atrás hacia adelante tirando
ligeramente de él.
Vorbereitung zum Einfädeln
• Maschine ausschalten, Hauptschalter auf „O“ stellen.
• Fadenführungsstab mit Fadenführung vollständig ausziehen.
• Greiferdeckel öffnen.
• Nad el n anheben. Ha nd rad in der auf de r Vers ch alung
angegebenen Richtung drehen, bis die rote Marke an der Handrad
Positionsanzeige ganz im Fenster sichtbar ist.
• Obermesser hochstellen.
• Den Nähfuss hochstellen, die Fadenspannung ist automatisch
gelöst.
• Nähfuss ausschwenken.
Maschine sorgfältig einfädeln und die Einfädelreihenfolge beachten.
Folgende Details erleichtern das Einfädeln:
• das farbige Einfädelschema
• die farbig bezeichneten Einfädelwege an der Maschine
• das Einfädel-Zubehör
Préparation à l'enfilage
• Couper le circuit de la machine en mettant le commutateur
principal sur „O“.
• Sortir complètement le support de guide-fil avec le guide-fil.
• Ouvrir le couvercle du boucleur.
• Relever l'aiguille. Tourner le volant dans la direction indiquée sur
le bâti jusqu'à ce que le repère rouge de l'affichage de la position du
volant soit parfaitement visible dans la fenêtre.
• Relever le couteau supérieur.
• Relever le pied-de-biche, la tension de fil est automatiquement libérée.
• Faire pivoter le pied-de-biche vers l'extérieur.
Enfiler la machine avec précaution et respecter l'ordre d'enfilage.

Einfädeln der ersten
Fadenführung
Die Fadenführungen an der Oberseite
der Maschine sind farbig gekennzeichnet
und einfach zu bedienen. Den Faden mit
beiden Händen halten und gemäss Pfeil
auf der Führung von hinten nach vorne
einlegen und leicht ziehen.
Enfilage du premier fil
Les guide-fils situés sur la partie
supérieure de la machine sont repérés
en couleurs et faciles à utiliser. Tenir le
fil des deux mains, puis l'insérer, selon la
flèche du guide, de l'arrière vers l'avant
en tirant légérement.
