The following symbols are used in the operating instructions and on the type plate:

WARNING Warning of risks of injury or health hazards.

CAUTION Safety information about possible damage to appliance/accessories.

Note Important information.

The device has double protective insulation and therefore complies with protection class 2.

Only use indoors.

1. Getting to know your appliance

Using this electric massager, you can give yourself with a soothing, effective massage with no help required.

Massages can be relaxing or stimulating and are effective against strained muscles, aches and fatigue. This

product provides a powerful, intensive massage for the neck and shoulder area.

The device is for private use only and is not intended for medical or commercial purposes.

2. Proper use

The product is exclusively designed for massaging the neck and shoulder area of the human body. It cannot

replace medical treatment. Do not use the massage device if any of the following warnings apply to you. Please

consult your doctor if you are unsure whether or not the massage device is suitable for you.

To avoid damage to health, we strongly advise against using the massager in the following cases:

• With implanted electrical devices (such as a pacemaker)

• In the case of metal implants

• On children and animals

• If you suffer from a medical abnormality or injury in the area to be massaged (e.g.

herniated disc, open wounds)

• On the head and on hard parts of the body (e.g. knees and joints)

• On the face (eyes), on the larynx or any other particularly sensitive body parts

• On swollen, burnt, inflamed or damaged skin and body parts

• On cuts, capillaries, varicose veins, acne, couperose, herpes or other skin diseases

• During pregnancy

• Whilst sleeping

• After the consumption of medicines or alcohol (reduced cognition!)

• In vehicles.

This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with restricted physical, sensory or

mental capabilities and/or by persons lacking the required understanding of the equipment and how

it is used, unless they are supervised by a person who is responsible for their safety or they are given

instructions on how to use the device.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not use the device as a toy.
