8. Cleaning and maintenance
• C lean the device and cu carefully using a slightly damp cloth only.
• D o not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
• U nder no circumstances hold the device and cu under water, as this can cause liquid to enter
and damage the device and cu.
9. What if there are problems?

Unable to record a pulse. Please wait one minute and repeat the measure-
ment.
Ensure that you do not speak or move during the
measurement.
An error occurred while inflat-
ing the cuff or the inflation
pressure is over 300 mmHg.
Please take another measurement to check
whether the cuff can be correctly inflated.
Please observe the information in chapter “At-
taching the cuff” in particular.
The measured blood pres-
sure is outside the measure-
ment range.
Please wait one minute and repeat the measure-
ment.
Ensure that you do not speak or move during the
measurement.
An error occurred during the
measurement.
