1
First take the right side bar (D) and insert it into the
base of the top trim piece (T), Figure 1. Insert the tip of
the control cable through hole (M) Fig. (1) and pull the
tip (LL) out through the top of the side bar, as shown
in Fig. 2, then insert the side bar (D) into the bottom
right-hand support on the structure and use screws (b)
to secure it, t the control cable cap (N) into hole (M)
on the side bar.
2
Now take the left side bar (C) and insert it into the
base of the top trim piece (S), Figure 1. Once you have
done this, insert the side bar into the bottom left support
on the frame and secure using screws (b).
3
At least two people are needed for this step.
When  tting the side bars, one person should hold the
side bar while the other one ts the screws (b). This will
prevent any possible accidents.
4
Position the left and right base covers (E) and (F) in
the direction of the arrow facing the corresponding side
bar, as shown in Fig. (2) and attach them by using screws
(a), as shown in Fig. (2).
5
FITTING THE MONITOR: Fig (3), rst of all connect
terminal (h), coming out of the monitor tube, to terminal
(N), coming out of handrail (G), then slide the connected
terminals back into the monitor tube and insert the handrail
into the monitor tube in the direction of the arrow, make
sure that the holes on the handrail are lined up correctly.
6
Now take terminal (Y), coming out of the monitor
tube, and connect it to terminal (Z), coming out of han-
drail (H), then slide the connected terminals back into the
monitor tube and insert the handrail into the monitor
tube in the direction of the arrow, make sure that the
holes on the handrail are lined up correctly, taking care
not to pinch cable (L) for the monitor (A).
7
Next, bring the monitor assembly which you have just
put together in the previous step to the top of the side
bars, as shown in Fig. (4), and connect the control cable
terminal (L), coming out of the monitor, to the control
cable (LL), sticking up from the right-hand side bar (D).
Then slide the connected terminal into hole (V) at the top
of side bar (D), Fig. (4A), and insert screws (c), making sure
not to pinch the cables, and screw in until hand tight.
Note:
Make sure that the cables do not become caught up
when the unit is folded. Tighten the 4 screws (c) fully.
8
Next, t the left handrail cover (I) marked on the
inside with a red circle and the right cover (J) marked
on the inside with a green circle, Fig (5), and secure the
covers using screws (a) (d).
ATTENTION:
Cylinder (Q) Fig (6) is factory set to high pres-
sure so it must not be knocked. If it is knocked this may
damage it and impair the operation of the treadmill
FOLDING YOUR UNIT
This treadmill is equipped with a folding mechanism for
storage purposes. To use it, stop the treadmill, lower the
elevation level to minimum, unplug the mains cable and
lift the unit until you hear lever (O) click into place, Fig
(7). Store your unit in a dry place, preferably not subject
to changes in temperature.
UNFOLDING YOUR UNIT
If you wish to use the treadmill, do the reverse procedure.
Use your foot to press lever (O) in the direction of the
arrow as shown in Fig (7) and slowly lower the treadmill
belt down to the  oor.
When folding or unfolding the treadmill make sure that
there are no children about or obstacles that might hin-
der the folding motion.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.
The unit is equipped with wheels (P), Fig. (8) to make
it easier to move. Make sure that the mains cable is
unplugged from the wall socket.
If you wish to move the treadmill, the  rst thing to do
is to fold it up, place your hands on the handrails (G &
H) and tilt the treadmill, Fig (8), so that the wheels (P)
rest on the  oor.
To prevent accidents DO NOT move the treadmill across
uneven  oors.
MAINTENANCE
Use the bottle of lubricant (i) to lubricate the inside
of the belt in order to keep your unit in top condition
and to ensure that friction between the belt and the
board is kept to a minimum (due to different running
styles, always apply more lubrication to the area where
you place your feet during the exercise) It is advisable
to lubricate the base of the belt every 3-12 months,
depending on how often it is used.
If the belt starts to slip after lubrication, then check the
tension of the belt. To tension the belt, take the 6 mm
Allen key (f) and with the machine set to 4 km/h turn
screws (R & L) one turn in a clockwise direction.

ADJUSTING THE BELT
If your unit is not seated evenly on the four contact
points, this may cause the belt (X) to shift sideways. Rigo-
rous quality control adjusts and checks the running belt.
However, due to weight differences and individual styles
