The washer will wait until there is a sufficient amount of water, which may lengthen the cycle time to avoid poor washing results due to insufficient water. Supply voltage may be low. Cycle time is lengthened to avoid poor washing results when the supply voltage is low. Inlet temperature of water may be low. Cycle time lengthens to heat up the water when the inlet water is cold.
The automatic spin correction system might have been activated due to the unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the drum. It continuously spins. Remaining time does not count down. Strange noise in the drain pump. Intermediate spins may be skipped. There may be an imbalance of laundry in the machine. The laundry in the drum may be tangled up too much. Laundry should be rearranged and re-spun.
Clanking noise in the drum. Water fill temperature is incorrect. Detergent residue left on the laundry. Clothes get tangled up too much in the drum when washing. Load is wrinkled. Metal objects such as coins, pins may be in the drum. Stop the program cycle (See «Cancelling a Program») ,check the drum for any foreign objects. Water inlet hoses or valves may be clogged.
