How can I receive the best owner assistance?
A:
The
satisfaction
and
goodwill
of
the owners
of
Bombardier products are
of
pri-
mary concern to your dealer
and
Bombardier
Inc.
Normally, any problems that arise
in connection with the sales transaction
or
the operation
of
your snowmobile will
be handled by your Dealers Sales
or
Service Departments. It
is
recognized,
however,
that despite the best intentions
of
everyone concerned, misunderstandings will
sometimes occur.
If
you
have
a problem that has
not
been handled to your satis-
faction through normal channels,
we
suggest that you discuss your problem with
a
member
of
dealership management. Frequently, complaints are the result
of
a
breakdown in communications
and
can quickly be resolved
by
a
member
of
the
dealership management.
If
the problem already has been reviewed with the Sales
Manager
or
Service Manager, contact the Dealer himself
or
the General Manager.
