INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR HI-VIZ™ SIGHTS
Your Hi-Viz™ sights are the ultimate in barrel management for all
kinds of shooting. The Gold Fusion shotgun comes with one base, six
fluorescent light pipes and two opaque white sights. A fluorescent pipe
is installed (Figure 8.)
INSTALLING THE HI-VIZ™ LIGHT PIPES
1 MAKE CERTAIN YOUR SHOTGUN IS UNLOADED. PLACE THE "SAFETY" IN
THE "ON SAFE" POSITION, LOCK THE BREECH OPEN, AND KEEP THE
MUZZLE POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION. NEVER ATTEMPT TO CHANGE
YOUR SIGHTS ON A LOADED FIREARM!
2 Slide key between first and second ring under the light pipe. Remove
light pipe by pulling toward receiver.
3 Install new light pipe by simply sliding it forward through the three
rings. (Key not required). Press firmly to engage spring.
HI-VIZ™ CARE
If your shotgun is subjected to rain or snow, remove light pipe by
following safety precautions in step 1 above. Remove moisture, and
lightly lubricate the base with
a fine, light oil. The base could
rust if this procedure is not
followed. Do not use abrasives
on base or fluorescent light
pipe sights. Remove light pipe
sight from its base when
cleaning your Gold Fusion
shotgun. Some lubricants and
solvents may harm the light
pipe sight. Clean the light pipe
sight with soft tissue.
