Bath Not Freezing
Compressor is not running or low refrigerant charge.
Step 1: Check refrigeration switch is turned on and passing 120VAC to red/black wire on one side of the K1 relay
contact.
Yes: Go to the next step.
No: Replace the switch or check for a loose wire in the circuit.
Step2:Verifycondenserlteriscleanandproperventilationaroundmachineforoptimumperformance.
Step 3: Determine if the compressor is activating after 6 minute delay from initial plug-in.

No: Manually depress the test contact button on the side of K1 compressor relay and see if compressor
starts.
Yes: 120VAC must be present after 6 minute delay from power up across K1 relay coil – replace the
compressor relay.
No: 120VAC is not present after 6 minute delay after power up across K1 relay coil – replace main control
board.
Step 4: Compressor overload protector or start (ptc) relay is open circuit. Allow overload protector to cool and reset,
check for continuity. Replace overload protector if no continuity is present after cool down. Start (ptc) relay- 4.70
ohms at 70º F. across PTC or less. No continuity, replace start (ptc) relay.
