staff with the appropriate tools.
Ensure that the restart of the installation is controlled after any
interventions.
9.2. Cleaning the device
The device can be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water or a
detergent compatible with the materials the device is made of.
Please feel free to contact your Bürkert supplier for any additional
information.
9.3. Cleaning the flow sensor of the
8025

Use a cleaning product that is compatible with the materials the
flow sensor is made of.
Do not use any abrasive acting materials.

After cleaning of the flow sensor:
Rinse the flow sensor.
Check the seal and replace it if necessary.
9.4. Replacing the batteries
Dispose of the used batteries in compliance with the pre-
vailing legislation.
Open the housing as indicated in Fig. 10 chap. 8.2.
Disconnect the flow sensor to make easier the access to the
batteries.
Take off the batteries connectors.
Replace the batteries one after the other to keep the data regis-
tered in the device.
Plug the connectors onto the batteries.
Reconnect the flow sensor.
Close the cover.
Tighten the screws.
Close the lid.
Tighten the screw.
